Is Kit Benefits currently live?
We’re in our pre-launch stage, finalizing our first provider cohort and insurance partnerships.
Joining now means you’ll be part of our founding network and help shape Kit Benefits from the ground up.
How do referrals work?
Clients come to Kit Benefits through:
Direct sign-ups and healthcare referrals
Employer and insurance partnerships
Gifted memberships purchased by loved ones
We match each client with a provider based on expertise, availability, and client preferences.
Do I set my own rates?
Kit Benefits uses a collaborative rate model. We provide recommended rate ranges for each provider type (eg. Psychologist, RCC, Lactation Consultant, Doula) that reflect both current market averages and the premium value of our integrated postpartum service.
Do you offer group programs or workshops?
Yes. Providers can opt to participate in or lead monthly themed support groups, educational webinars, or psychoeducation series as part of Kit Benefits’ care ecosystem.
How are providers paid?
Providers are paid quickly - via direct deposit to their accounts directly from the platform.
Kit Benefits manages all billing, invoicing, and payment processing and client receipts.
If any billing issues arise, our support team handles them promptly so you never have to chase payments or manage admin.
Do you offer marketing or business support?
Yes — one of Kit Benefits’ main goals is to remove the marketing burden entirely.
We handle:
Client acquisition and advertising
Intake and onboarding
Payment and insurance processing
Scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
You simply show up and provide care.
Is there a minimum caseload requirement?
No. You decide how many clients you’d like to see.
Some providers dedicate a few hours per week, others maintain a full postpartum caseload.
We value flexibility and sustainability.
Will I be part of a professional community?
Yes. Kit Benefits fosters an interdisciplinary network of clinicians passionate about perinatal and postpartum wellness.
We offer optional case consultations, peer discussions, and collaborative training opportunities.
