About Kit

We started Kit because we saw a gap too big to ignore.
As parents ourselves, we know how overwhelming those early postpartum days can be — and how hard it is to find trusted, accessible support. New parents deserve more than scattered resources and baby gifts. They deserve real care, delivered seamlessly.

That’s where Kit comes in.
We’ve built a new kind of benefits platform that combines flexible funding models with a vetted network of postpartum providers.

  • Employers can create a standout parental leave benefit with funded support that sets them apart.

  • Friends and family can chip in through peer-to-peer gifting — like a modern baby registry, but instead of more stuff, it funds the care new parents truly need.

From night nurses to mental health support, nourishing meals to hands-on help at home, Kit brings it all together in one place.

For employers, this isn’t just another benefit.
It’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, supporting employees through one of life’s most vulnerable and transformative stages. It’s a new category of care — modern, accessible, and designed to meet families where they are.

For parents, it’s the help we wished we’d had.
And for us, it’s more than a business. It’s our commitment to rewriting what support for new families looks like.

Funding Options

(The Wallet)

  • Employer Paid

Enhance your maternity and parental leave offering. With Kit, employers can add flexible, tax-smart support that parents actually use—night nurses, therapy, meals, and more. It’s a benefit that truly shows you care.

  • Friends and Family Gifting

Give real support. Friends and family can contribute directly to a parent’s Kit wallet, helping them access the care they need most. Pool funds into a single wallet parents can use towards any service in our network.

  • Direct Access

Parents can add to their own wallet anytime—or even use their existing group benefits for eligible services—giving them more freedom and flexibility to choose the care that matters most.

Meet the Team

We’re three Canadian moms who met in the chaos of daycare drop-offs and bonded over the messy, unfiltered reality of early parenthood.

We come from three worlds that don’t usually collide—medicine, technology, and psychology—but together, the perfect mix to create Kit.

We all felt how hard it was to find real, trusted postpartum support—so we decided to build it ourselves.

  • Dr. Eda Karacabeyli

    CO-FOUNDER

OB-GYN and mom of two, Eda has experienced how hard it can be - to find trusted, coordinated postpartum support. Her lived experience reinforced a shared belief: families deserve a simpler way to access the services they need.

  • Steph Kolly Boult

    CO-FOUNDER

Steph is a Product and Technology leader—and a mom to a young daughter. Her career has spanned digital financial platforms, health and wellness benefits, and retail technology—always with a focus on creating solutions that make life easier. After feeling the gaps in postpartum support herself, she set out to build the kind of care platform she wished she’d had as a new parent.

  • Dr. Elizabeth Peters

    CO-FOUNDER

Registered psychologist and peri-mental health certified provider with two young boys, Elizabeth knew just how vital - and often out of reach good postpartum care can be. After navigating long waitlists and fragmented care both personally and professionally, she was determined to help build something faster, easier and built around what new parents actually need.
