Postpartum Support, Reimagined.
Benefits. Gifting. Support.
A flexible wallet and vetted care network - all in one powerful platform.
About Kit
A new kind of support for new parents
We started Kit because the gap in postpartum care was too big to ignore. As parents, we know how overwhelming those early days can be — and how hard it is to find trusted, accessible support. New parents deserve more than scattered resources and more baby stuff. They deserve real care, delivered seamlessly.
Kit brings all of that support into one place.
What Kit offers
A modern benefits platform that blends flexible funding with a vetted network of postpartum providers — postpartum doulas, overnight newborn care specialists, lactation consultants, sleep consultants, mental health providers, nutritionists and meal delivery services, cleaners and home organizers, pelvic floor physiotherapists, massage therapists, postpartum fitness instructors, childproofing pros, pet care, family photographers, and parental leave/return-to-work coaches.
Because families deserve better support.
Because employees want benefits that make a real impact.
Because communities want to help in ways that matter.
Who Kit is for
-
For New Parents.
Real, reliable care — not endless research or cold-calling clinics. Use your Kit funds (from your employer, loved ones, or your own contribution) to book from a curated network of trusted, pre-vetted providers with availability. One platform. One place to get the help you need.
-
For Employers.
A standout parental leave benefit that truly supports employee wellbeing. Kit doesn’t just provide funds — it alleviates the mental load that already sits heavily on new parents. Even with traditional benefits, the burden is often on the family to find providers, check availability, and vet quality. Kit removes that friction by offering both the funding and the ready-to-book provider network that employees can trust.
-
For Friends and Family of new parents.
A modern way to show up for new parents. Chip in through peer-to-peer gifting — just like a baby registry, but instead of more things, you’re giving the care new parents actually need.

Give real support. Friends and family can contribute directly to a parent’s Kit wallet, helping them access the care they need most. Pool funds into a single wallet parents can use towards any service in our network.

-
Direct Access
Parents can add to their own wallet anytime—or even use their existing group benefits for eligible services—giving them more freedom and flexibility to choose the care that matters most.

Meet the Team
We’re three Canadian moms who met in the chaos of daycare drop-offs and bonded over the messy, unfiltered reality of early parenthood.
We come from three worlds that don’t usually collide—medicine, technology, and psychology—but together, the perfect mix to create Kit.
We all felt how hard it was to find real, trusted postpartum support—so we decided to build it ourselves.

Steph Kolly Boult
CO-FOUNDER
Steph is a Product and Technology leader—and a mom to a young daughter. Her career has spanned digital financial platforms, health and wellness benefits, and retail technology—always with a focus on creating solutions that make life easier. After feeling the gaps in postpartum support herself, she set out to build the kind of care platform she wished she’d had as a new parent.

Dr. Elizabeth Peters
CO-FOUNDER
Registered psychologist and perinatal mental health certified provider with two young boys, Elizabeth knew just how vital - and often out of reach good postpartum care can be. After navigating long waitlists and fragmented care both personally and professionally, she was determined to help build something faster, easier and built around what new parents actually need.
